Ginger Dona Paula is excellent place to stay for couples and families and even if you are traveling solo. The reception staff Aknur is very helpful and friendly. Their other staffs Manish and Ram from restaurant are extremely helpful and courteous. Their other team of Arjun Singh and Nimi Thakur are very friendly and kind as well. Overall if you want a peaceful, neat and clean, and no headache place with great food and swimming pool and ambience I highly recommend Ginger Dona Paula. Keep up the great work.

We stayed here for 2 days and booked total 3 rooms. Overall experience was amazing. Rooms are big and beautiful. They were clean and well organised. Each and every staff member was humble and helpful. The pool experience was really good. Best thing for my boy. He was very happy. The view from our room was amazing. Even from roof top you will witness thee beauty of Amritsar. We had breakfast here and special appreciation for food/restaurant staff. They were a great host. Again it was a great experience. I totally enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to come back

Staff is very kind and helpful. Whole team is well behaved and service is good. Rooms are well cleaned and food is delicious. Keep it up team ginger. Nice and quiet ambience around the hotel. Team works hard to give guests a comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The food was excellent, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Johir from housekeeping—he was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. Highly recommended. The proximity from US Embassy is also good.
