Rooms are not cleaned on daily basis. Hygiene is v poor. Nothing in breakfast. Al in al terrible, pathetic

Staying in dona paula classic was a good experience overall, staff was cooperative, front desk was 24 hrs open, easy check-in and check-out process. Taking about the room, it ws as it is as mentioned on website, little small but overall good. Tv /ac were working, washroom was as-lo clean.

Bed linen and pillow covers are dirty. May be they were washed long ago. They clean the room only once in two days although it's a hotel. Bathrooms are clean, staff is good and location is fantastic.

The dom was smelling the washroom was not in good state no helper for the luggage. Please book some other place but just not this

The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Near to dona paula view point only walkable distance. Was a bit difficult to find it as google map location showed destination before reaching hotel.

So the stay was decent the staff is very supportive, things they can improvise as in bathroom didnt had handwash which is very basic, the bedsheets were not changed after any new person check-ins which i did not liked.
