尊貴斯特拉託酒店 (Premium Strato Hotel)

With utmost honesty: second time flying to Doha, Qatar; booked the hotel because I got some bonuses from Trip App and a deal from booking the hotel. Also it was with 1 star better than the first one. The hotel, from my experience with being booked at it and judging just from my hotel room, it was from a hotel with maximum 2.5 stars, at best; comparatively with the first one, it wasn't by any chance a room from a hotel with 4 stars. - the shower curtain bar was rusted all over it; - the toilet seat had some sort of yellow stains on it and looked old; - dust everywhere and even though it was a sandstorm when I arrived, and with all the windows closed, there was still dust on the shelves. - from the pictures the room seemed a bit larger, but it felt a bit more cramped than the other hotel room when I stayed the first time, maybe from the way it was arranged in the interior. On the last night or maybe day, the air con broke and it was very hot, they could not repair until the next day, but the good part was that they gave us another room for the night. - the service was good, and the personnel were polite; - the hallways were all clean and the lobby was very nice. Over all, like I've said, I can't speak for the rest of the hotel, just from my room, but it never felt like a 4 stars hotel. I don't think I will book again here, maybe if it is absolute necessary.

Bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, air conditioning worked well. Once we got a new remote, tv worked well. Phone didn’t not work, we needed to request towels as there was only one hand towel in the room. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Toilet seat stained and pealing. Shower pressure good.

I didn't stay long just for a few hours. The room was ok but there was a certain smell in it.

Lo utilizamos sólo para una escala larga en el aeropuerto, está muy bien localizado a sólo tres paradas de metro y la salida de éste te deja muy cerca del hotel. El olor a tabaco, a pesar de que dicen que no se puede fumar en él es lo menos recomendable. Por lo demás, para lo que nosotros lo utilizamos tiene buena relación calidad -precio.

Not bad with my booked room charges. But I found 2 small cockroaches in the room and only 1 set of amenities even thought additional ones were provided immediately once I requested. Front staff were friendly and ok.

房間寬敞明亮，空調給力，淋浴流量大。在多哈轉機，來了個一日遊。半夜酒店打車沒打到，找前台服務員幫忙約的網約車，三十卡塔爾幣到機場。因為沒換當地現金，服務員給換了30元，非常感謝。以後再來多哈還住這家，周邊飯店也多，而且還很好吃

AC is not working properly. The rest all are okay. Security on duty and Michael at the reception was very helpful.
