The hotel itself isn’t that bad, but I don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel. The good things about it are that the rooms are big and spacious , there’s even a couch in the room. Plenty of mirrors, the shower is larger with good pressure. Location is also very convenient, close to basically everything especially the airport. I personally didn’t book with breakfast because I was worried it was gonna be limited and I was right, they could improve on that considering it’s 35 riyals. Moreover the carpet is old and dirty, I saw a lot of comments complaining about it and I’m surprised that they aren’t doing anything about it , very weird. The personnel isn’t really friendly or helpful. They don’t help guests with their bags, or even greet the guests, shocking , only one guy at the reception was friendly , the rest no. They could also improve on cleaning , stayed in the hotel 5 nights it was cleaned only once.

逛完瓦其夫市場，天黑後吹著風散步回酒店，走過去1公里多點，跟著導航走很好找到，天亮了退房走路去地鐵站也是差不多的距離，再坐地鐵去機場剛好一刻鐘，性價比還不錯

The location was very quiet, which I really appreciated. However, the overall service was disappointing. The room was not clean at all and felt very uncomfortable. Basic things like coffee and water were not replaced, and housekeeping didn’t seem to care much. I hope the management improves the cleanliness and service because, at the moment, I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here

如果飛機可能晚點千萬不要訂這個酒店 11點之後就不給你check in了 找平台也沒用 錢也不會退，第一次遇見這麼霸王的入住條款，上千塊説吃就吃了
