I loved the location — it’s set in a comfortable part of the Docklands with a shopping centre nearby. The room and bed were very good, providing a comfortable stay. However, my only disappointment was the cleanliness: many surfaces, including the cups, had fingerprints and grease marks, which suggested a lack of proper cleaning. I ended up cleaning them myself. That said, the staff were excellent — especially at the front desk, where they were professional, welcoming, and very helpful.

衞生，服務很好。樓下就是電車站，十分方便。裝修過於黑色系了，而且燈光有點少，稍微有點顯得壓抑。有幾個房型設計的有點奇怪（書桌在門旁邊，一開門人就會被打到），但前台很熱心的幫我們換了房間。

When I booked this room, the listing showed that it included a city view and a bathtub—unfortunately, I received neither. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like plates, cutlery, or even an oven or microwave to heat food, which is quite disappointing. The listing should clearly mention what is and isn’t included to avoid any confusion. I'm not sure whether the issue is with 訂房網站 or Vibe Hotel, but either way, it's very misleading. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate in the future. Thank you.

disappointing. they don’t even provide bottled water and charge for it, room showed quite a bit of wear and tear, room was dirty with significant amount of dust/i hope not mold at the ventilator, as shown in photo. carpets are dirty as well. bed and towels are clean thankfully

酒店位置挺好的一點不偏，門口就是車站，還是freezone 免費區域，房間和洗手間衞生乾乾淨淨，外面就能看見摩天輪，對面就有一個類似outlet的商場六點打烊，裡面東西都打折，還有餐飲吃飯，附近有海港可以散步。酒店樓下有餐廳和大堂吧，前台服務態度很好，每天都有人打掃衞生。就是澳洲酒店被子很奇怪，不是被單整個套住，而是被單在中間夾了兩層布鋪住哈哈哈。推薦住這裡，坐車一分鐘步行。

Amazing view and the room was super tidy! Bed could have been more comfortable but service was impeccable. Thomas who was a newer worker went above and beyond to help us. Even sending extra pillows up past midnight for my bad neck.
