The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing for early check-in, a warm welcome, and luggage storage while guests checked out, among other things. Positives: 1. Observing the boat and watching it enter and exit the harbour is wonderful 2. 1-minute walk from the free tram station 3. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets 4. Roll blinds in both rooms with 99% blackout 5. Provided with a large number of channels TV 6. Very nice mattress for sleeping 7. Acceptable water pressure in the head shower 8. All appliances are working properly. 9. Calm and quiet 10. The speed of wifi is wonderful 11. Windows have good soundproofing 12. Security is excellent. Cons: 1. Neither toilet has a hand shower

Location is good, and within Walking distance to tram station. It’s a serviced apartment style , but it doesn’t provide change of towel and cleaning service during our several days stay. All towels enough for our stay are given on our day one. Also, the shampoo and bath cleanser provided are only enough for one day use, and we need to buy whatever needed downstairs at convenience store. The room has a spectacular dockhand view. You need to get the room key at a shop across the street. Overall, the experience is good.

The room is very big enough for six adult two kids .. here to the city easy to go everywhere and coffee buses around Market.. but the only 1 room it’s very cold. The heater is not warm…. Good view.

Love the location, lovely docklands vibes plus free tram is just few mins walk away! Love the view from the apartment! Fab was very kind and friendly, the place is well maintained and the amenities were great! There's many nice eatery nearby too.

무료트램존 이긴하나 주요시내하고는 떨어져있어서 무조건 트램타야되는데.. 멜번 트램이 자주 멈춰요. 근처에 분위기 있는 카페가 없어요. 상가 공실도 많고요. 숙소는 다시 가구를 바꿀 필요가 있어요. 가전들은 깨끗하고 잘 유지가 되어 보였지만 쇼파아래 러그는 너무 오래되어 보였고 오히려 없는게 나았고 쇼파에 앉기도 찝찝했어요. 문제는 침대였어요. 앉으면 푹 꺼져서 놀랬어요. 하지만 가성비는 좋았다고 생각합니다. 이러한 불편함이 없었더라면 가격이 더 높았겠죠~! 그리고 체크인 도와주셨던분의 친절함은 잊을수가 없어요. 반갑게 맞이해주시고 설명도 자세히 해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.
