Location is good, and within Walking distance to tram station. It’s a serviced apartment style , but it doesn’t provide change of towel and cleaning service during our several days stay. All towels enough for our stay are given on our day one. Also, the shampoo and bath cleanser provided are only enough for one day use, and we need to buy whatever needed downstairs at convenience store. The room has a spectacular dockhand view. You need to get the room key at a shop across the street. Overall, the experience is good.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, quiet yet very convenient. The tram stop is just a few steps away, and being within the Free Tram Zone made it easy to get around Melbourne. We really appreciated that our request for a higher-floor room was accommodated. A special thank you to the receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, perhaps Fab or Vince), who was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from our room was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

The room is very big enough for six adult two kids .. here to the city easy to go everywhere and coffee buses around Market.. but the only 1 room it’s very cold. The heater is not warm…. Good view.
