We really enjoyed our stay at Ariana Hotel! It's just two minutes away from the Dipolog Airport, which made it very convenient for us. The staff were all approachable and kind, and the place was very peaceful. 😇

Comfortable and basic hotel near airport. Their tablea cafe serves good coffee and hot chocolate. Staff lead of restaurant for breakfast needs to learn to communicate more. I was served sardines when my order was chorizo. And instead of apologizing for the mistake, she made an excuse saying that she heard me say “Spanish” and assumed I ordered sardines. This behavior is unacceptable as (1) she should have apologized for the mistake and (2) she should have informed me first that chorizo wasn’t available and if I preferred a different option instead of her actions mentioned above. Hope her supervisor can take corrective action on this.

Al ser un hotel de ciudad pequeña de Filipinas y de otros que he estado.. es el mejor por sus instalaciones. Debe de reformar su mobiliario ö bien rehabilitado. El servicio de habitaciones merma algo. El WIFI ha estado 2 días sin suministro; intuyo debe de ser por motivos estratégicos de la Dirección. En general volvería a alojarme.

Great location, near the airport but not a busy area. We had to remind them to clean the room again on the first day of our stay but didnt need yo remind on the succeeding days. They only have a few selection for breakfast whoch was included but it was filling!

Just steps from the airport, you really cannot beat the location. A short drive to the city or to Dapitan. Friendly staff. The FD notified us upon checkin that housekeeping is by request each day - just FYI No complaints.

A most posh place in this city. Better for events than stay like a hotel. The room was spacy clean, a good aircon. The pool has no umbrellas and hiding from sun. Not a very big garden. Room service very good. Breakfast not bad. There was some cheap spread instead of butter in the "European" breakfast

It’s a stone’s throw from the air port you certainly don’t need a taxi or tricycle to get there you can just walk out of the airport and it’s there less than 2 minutes walking distance the pool was good but my only gripe was that they never cleaned the room or made the bed up in the 3 days we were there and we had to constantly every morning ask for water for the room apart from that I would definitely stay again but would ask them to tidy the room

Ariana Hotel is actually a good hotel! It's clean and comfy. It's just that my husband was kind of disappointed on our first day due to dusty duvet. It made him cough hard. But the second day was great after we let our room clean. 🤗 Thanks a bunch! God bless!
