Stay was great but one thing is the location of room in ground floor. It was directly beside staff walkway. And we could see shadows of people walking all night through the curtain. It’s not so private

Absolute implementation of hospitality ethics. Alternative room was offered immediately after my dislike of smell? smoking. Breakfast amazing.

Nice stay, need to work on somethings like bathroom door not closing properly, ac is making sound, and if hanger type they can provide it should be good. Overall it was a good experience.

It was just a short overnight stay, a transit to catch the early morning train. Rooms are reasonable but could do with a few more amenities. The service could be quicker.
