We stayed at this property on the night of 30th April 2025, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. What was once considered one of the best hotels in Dindigul has sadly deteriorated into one of the worst. We even called around 12:30 pm to confirm room readiness and arrived at 2:30 pm. Despite this, we were given rooms on the topmost floor. Given the intense heat, we requested rooms on a lower floor and were willing to wait for them to be cleaned. However, the reception staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. We were bluntly told that although rooms on lower floors were vacant, none would be cleaned until night — an unacceptable and arrogant response. With no other option, we checked into the assigned rooms, which were in appalling condition. The rooms reeked of cigar smoke, the floors were dirty, the bathrooms had visible damage, and the beds were so worn out they were barely usable. To make matters worse, the duvet had bed bugs, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Housekeeping was extremely slow and unresponsive to even basic requests. This property reflects poor maintenance, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of customer care. The staff appear untrained and indifferent. Strongly not recommended — a definite zero-star experience.

Basically this property looks good and some staff members serve well. But they surprised me for a mobile charger. I left my one plus mobile charger in the room while check out. Next day I informed them to find it out. Accordingly I sent my local staff to collect which he sent to me. I surprised to see the mobile charger given by the hotel people.... very old one. Again contacted the hotel people but no use. Imagine the situation any guest unknowingly leaving valuables in the room.

We faced following issues : 1) valet parking was not available and all parking slots were full. Every time, we were asked go to the backside of the hotel and park ourselves and come back 2) during check-in no details were provided - no bell boy to take our luggage, they did not inform about complimentary breakfast, wi-fi password were not shared 3) water was not kept in the room - have to ask for it - even after that only ro water was given and not bottled water 4) they had a restaurant and i invited a guest for dinner, but they closed the restaurant for a private event and i have to take my guest to another hotel for dinner and meeting 5) bed linens and pillow covers were torn and even stains were seen overall it was a very pathetic hotel with very poor service. I saw rating as 3 star and booked but this hotel does not deserve any star.

Room was good. But room service was really poor. Bath towel and floor mat were not provided. After multiple calls made to reception, we finally got a bath towel, but the floor mat never came. Hence, i rate the hotel as an average experience of stay.

Here we stayed for one night with family while travel-ling from bangalore towards munnar. Hotel is bit inside from main highway roads but manageable. Staff was supportive stay was comfortable but had so many mosquitoes right at the entrance of lobby which hotel should think. All restaurants and market bus stand is at walkable 10 to 15 min distance. Meenakshi bhawan is a must try for dinner. Overall comfortable stay but just average stay.
