The room was clean and comfortable, which was the only positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was poorly maintained. I had booked my stay with breakfast included, which was supposed to be served from 8 AM to 10 AM. However, when I went for breakfast at 9:30 AM, several items were already unavailable. Upon asking, I was told that earlier guests had taken more than their share, and nothing could be done. Additionally, some of the staff members were not very courteous, which further affected the overall experience.

It's was good stay , but I feel little more cleanliness is needed as at back of tv lots of dust, it's a suggestion of improvement but it's was good staying experience

Geser not working. Toilet seat broken. Breakfast not in time. Fridge not in room.pillow not good quality. Bed not good quality. Will never recomend any one that hotel

All the facilities shown were not available. When the hotel's ground staff came to clean the room, they were told that they had to clean everything and that security behavior was not good.

Location - this property is easily accessible as it is on the road in new digha but one can only find the sea from the roof as the sea is not visible from the verandah. Food- Bengali cuisines are not good at all and all the types of fishes and crab are also not available mostly. Chinese cuisine is good and the complementary breakfast is very good. Amenities & Services - The pool is very small and dirty always with lots of dead flies and insects floating in it. the bathroom was clean but there were some spots on the ceiling in my room. Also, the pillow cover had some holes. The service was good and was well provided by all the staff.
