L'hôtel est excentré et se trouve à environ 2km 2.5km des sites les plus proche a visiter. La majorité de la clientèle est constituée de groupes qui ont leur bus pour se déplacer. Pour les voyageurs solo L'hôtel peut vous louer un scooter. 200.000vnd/jour. Le taxi pour l'aéroport coûte 60.000vnd. L'hôtel est plutôt vieillot et les fournitures/moquettes ont pas mal souffert. La literie est horriblement inconfortable et indigne d'un établissement de ce prix. J'ai changé de chambre. Le lit de la 2ème était neuf mais toujours aussi inconfortable ! L'insonorisation est inexistante. Il n'y a pas de peignoirs ni de coffre dans toutes les chambres. Réponse : nous n'en avons pas assez !!!! La piscine n'est pas très propre et il n'y à aucune chaise longue. Juste 2 petits bancs en béton. Pas de serviette non plus. Les points positifs : le wifi est bon le buffet du petit-déjeuner aussi le room service est bon et le personnel est extraordinaire. En résumé : Emplacement 2/10 Confort 0/10 Propreté 6/10 Petit déjeuner 8/10 Personnel 20/10

Check in was fast and absolutely pleasant. We could check in an hour early. I will give over 10 stars to the staff. They are efficient, pleasant and with right hospitality mind. Our room was spacious, spot on. Good air-con and ample hot water. Big decent tv. Full shaving kit was there. In my previous review i have mentioned about the mattress being spring and sinking in the middle making it was hard to sleep but the next room’s mattress was good. Room rate included free breakfast and it was wonderful. There was a really good array. Perfect breakfast consisting of something for everyone. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. Big points trom us. Room service meals we ordered were also really good. Location is great. Not far from the attractions. We had a great stay. We recommend them.

Khi đến nhận phòng, Lê Tân nghe điện thoại, đứng tại quầy chờ uống hết ly nước chào mừng xong, vẫn nghe điện thoại, ra ghế ngồi chờ cung không thấy lại hỏi xem khách cần gì, mình đặt 1 phòng vip và 1 phòng đôi cho gia đình, Lê Tân yêu cầu tất cả lại quầy giống như điểm danh, khi lên phòng 503 thì thẻ từ không mở được phải nhờ lễ Tân đổi thẻ khác, trong phòng VIP có bồn tắm có hệ thống phun nước, nhưng khi bật lên là chập điện, tắt hết nguồn, vậy là anh thương điện vào cắt ra luôn, theo phương châm hư gì bỏ đó, vậy là anh thợ điện bỏ ra luôn, khỏi sử dụng, wifi chỉ có 1 vạch. Tuy khách sạn 4 sao chung hệ thống Mường thanh, nhưng không có trái cây chào mừng như Mường thanh lai châu, mường thanh thanh niên chỉ có 3 sao, về nôi thấy phòng thì đẹp, vị trí trung tâm thuận lợi, chỉ có sự phục vụ đón tiếp không được cầu thị như các Mường thanh khác
