    Very old property(hotel) with poor maintenance.Not at all good experience of stay with family.changed room 2-3 times due to not washroom flush was not working properly.

    2 to 3 small cocroaches appeared in bath room and wardrobe. Taps operation not smooth. Needs attention.

    The reception people didn't let us to freshup, Even after requesting that we aren't going to stay at night. We had come to attend a family function and we need the room to change over. How arrogant, rude, in human, stubborn and mannerless the hotel management is. It was complete waste of money.

    Accommodation is not up to expected. Just like normal hotel, no drinking water, AC located corner of the room. Compare to other expensive. What we expected not up to the mark

    Good location and safe premises. Well mannered staff. The stay was comfortable and rooms are clean but poorly lit. Bathroom is big but maintained poorly and not much clean.

    Room was spacious, but badly maintained bathroom with leakages. Less hygiene around window areas, unhygienic sofa sets and bed was a concern. Lobby lights are not functional and guest handling was delayed n made to wait even after seeing us with small babies

    It was not as excepted and was really disappointed with service and make my 訂房網站. No deluxe beds, no wifi, no stable tv connection for kids. Didnot had a good time and thinking of not using the make my 訂房網站 because of this one
