Good ambience in the hotel. The service is also good. Though didn't get hot water on day 1 of our stay, but hot water in the bathroom was available next day. The staff was very polite. Hotel room was very good-loved it! 😊

location is very good in prime Bank more area with all amenities and efficient service. Rooms are near and clean.

Bad service Food prices are too high and even after request to the manager nreqkfast was not provided in room and asked for charges. money waste of breakfast.

Breakfast was not at all good. Same breakfast was served everyday. Rooms were ok. Reception staffs were courteous. They should have better food option and there were not much of amenities as per the tariffs charged

Comfortable room and service is very good. Food quality is also good and menu rate is reasonable. I will surely recommend to stay in this hotel

The hotel room had cockroaches in it. I stayed there for 3 nights and there was no hot water for 2 of those days. The housekeeping was done only after requesting it. The response time for any request was very high.
