Lots of Amenities were missing in the room like the refrigerator, Tea pot. main thing is service is very very late or if you ask for something for 3 times, still they are not bothering to deliver that

Room was good. Cup and plate was missing. Towel was ok. Hand towel not provided. Location is good . Food Quality is very very bad, in one word awful.

Overall good But hotel staff need to improve their services to serve the customer better And I think checking out time 11 AM is the best increase from 10 AM to 11AM Thanks

Staff behavior is unacceptable and abusive. There is excessive noise pollution from the DJ. Even when I tried to change my property, MakeMyTrip did not help me.

The ac was broken in 2 rooms that we booked initially then we took another room. They took 2 hours to fix that

It was an extraordinary and immensely satisfying experience, as the stay was comfortable, with a rejuvenating atmosphere, lush greenery, and a tranquil ambiance. The staff, from housekeeping to assistance, were incredibly supportive, especially HR executive Mr. Allen, who oversees and performs his duties with utmost discipline and warmth. I truly admire the exceptional hospitality they offer. Being a fitness enthusiast, I eagerly anticipate the community gym being restored soon.

I am a solo female traveller,my need for accommodation must have safe, positive ambience with comfy stay.This place has become a must visit with cooperative staff, maintained cleanliness.Only drawback was gym and swimming pool was inoperable during my visit,which must be serviceable.

my accomodation experience was extremely overwhelming.i am a female solo traveller,the aura ,ambiance was so good 👍. hotel staff behaviour was very cooperative, neatlines was maintained so well.swimming pool and gym was under construction during my visit.
