Excellent location, airport is roughly five minutes drive. The hotel needs refurbishment and deep vacuuming/cleaning. Food is good (room service).

Location is good... very near the airport and almost on the main road. Rooms are very outdated and really needs updating. Blankets Linen and towels bed sheets were really old with marks all over it may be clean but stained and is vey worn. Facilities and amenities can be improved by replacing it. used their Airport Shuttle Service for Tk 500 each way..

I don’t like this hotel very bad old decoration very dirty hotel air condition also very old and bad bath room towel very old bathroom very old. I suggest C訂房網站 members don’t board Richmond hotel there breakfast also poor I stay room no 203 suite rooms really very bad hotel

Close to DAC Airport, Room space was good, But could be more cleaner needs NEW blankets & bed sheets, Breakfast was ok. Staff were helpful. We used their airport shuttle and that was a good service - paid about 1000TK for pick up and drop off.
