Room door was damage calling fan in one full speed can’t make it down . Morning there was no water in bathroom after complaint they said tank is empty motor is on . Water will be back. Terrible experience

velers"Had a wonderful stay at Royal Regent Suites. As a business traveler, I truly appreciated the seamless check-in and excellent hospitality. The amenities were fantastic, and the overall environment was comfortable and clean. Will definitely choose to stay here again. Their service wad great amenities! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my business stay was flawless. Everything was perfect.

My recent stay had both positives and negatives. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, fast, and very well managed, which made the overall experience convenient. The environment of the hotel was warm and comfortable, truly giving a feeling of being at home. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The breakfast options were quite limited and could be improved with more variety. The mattress quality was poor, and unfortunately I am still experiencing back pain after the stay. The toiletries provided were also below expectations in terms of quality. Overall, the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and efficient service, but improvements in room comfort, breakfast, and amenities would make the experience much better.

No hot water for showers. Stained bed sheets and 3/4 of the menu items were not available when ordering from the menu: no soda, chicken, French fries, hamburgers and several other items requested.
