From the outside, the hotel makes a charming first impression with its elegant façade, ornate balconies, and a warmly lit lobby that exudes a sense of old-world charm. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff are courteous and eager to help. The room was clean and spacious, the décor is a bit dated but it adds a character to the place and I like it. The only small issue was, there’s no window only a door to the balcony which is locked and we cannot access it making the room stuffy. Also, it was difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep due to a noise of exhaust fan in the bathroom throughout the night. The bed was comfortable and having an iron was a bonus. Will I stay again? Definitely.

比較老舊了，但是不需要停車費，房間給的是靠近高速的比較吵，衞生是比較乾淨的。比較偏遠，沒有比較不方便

This was a 訂房網站 for my birthday which was Sunday 26th January we had some requests before we arrived and they forfilled this for us. We had an early check in on Friday which was plan sailing. Breakfast on my birthday wasn't the best due to not really having anything left and having to ask for things like bread for toast and milk for cereal. We had to ask for juice plates and also knifes and forks. Overall the pool was good ( cold) but wasn't overly busy which i like due to suffering with anxiety issues.

The room was a little musty, like someone had smoked in there, I asked for a key to open the window, I had to go down and fetch this myself (it was 1am) and the window still did not open. Nice drinks tray, with nice biscuits and twinnings tea! Heater in the room works well. Definitely in real need of refurbishing!!. Breakfast was like entering a different hotel, attentive and friendly staff, no stale smell, food was fresh and had a good selection. Coffee was nice.
