Terima kasih Aston..kami disambut baik oleh resepsionis , kamar bersih dan luas ,kasur nyaman..ada karpet, ada tablet kecil yg canggih..utk telp , putar music ,dll..hanya minus nya kamar mandi lantainya kusam , utk toileters kurang lengkap..ada hairdryer..shower lancar...utk makanan lumayan kurang variatif sedikit, ada smoties yg enak sekali...bisa dipertahankan..utk karyawan ramah dan baik..kolam renang kecil sekali hanya utk anak2...tdk ada fitness..tempat parkir diluar gedung dan terbuka jd bisa kepanasan dn kehujanan..utk lobi langsung area makan.. Untuk keseluruhan baik ,hanya perlu benah sedikit dn di tingkatkan utk kenyamanan tamu..

First time stayed in this hotel, Security greet us very well and help us alot. Check in only takes 5 minutes and not so long for wait our room ready. The first impression of the room was very tidy and cleaned but when I entrance the toilet i found the bidet not flush verg well, so there’s a tissue. First day breakfast was amazing and we loves the menu but the next day when I took Vegetable dish from the buffet I found a small warm. They didn’t have Gym yet, but the service was great. I used whatsapp to ask some requestion because there wasn’t any telephone in the room.

Newly hotel sudah pasti masih bersih yess keep it up untuk kebersihan nya, pelayanan check in cepat dan sigap, warm welcome dari semua staff tetep di tingkatkan ya, breakfast termasuk yang banyak choice nya menurut saya untuk rasa juga ok, lokasi juga priceless sekali dekat pakuwon mall, jalan kaki sudah sampai, swimming pool ada tapi tidak terlalu besar untuk anak anak masih ok.. Saya ada tertinggal beberapa barang tidak berharga memang, tapi mereka tetap berusaha mencarikan dan menemukan nya well excellent follow up menurut saya.. Anyway semua masih ok masih baru, hopefully tetap seperti itu bahkan mungkin bisa ditingkatkan terus ya apalagi hospitality nya yess 😍

Hotel yang oke, baik dari lokasi, pelayanan,dll. Variasi sarapan banyak, cuma rasanya harus ditingkatkan. Untuk kamar, kurang kedap di pintu masuk dan aliran air terdengar jelas..

Lekker bedoel en vriendelijk staff maar slecht parkeergelegenheid en klein zwembad niet dat het veel uitmaakt verder geen gym. Ontbijt niet al te uitgebreid. Al met al de moeite waard te bezoeken.
