I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Just landed from Miri and ransit here for a night before heading to PD. Turn out to be our JJCM stay because there's a lot of restaurant for you to choose. We booked non smoking twin room but was given deluxe queen room with a smell of ciggarate smoke. Asked the receptionist to change the room and we can change on the spot. Overall it was a nice stay.

x expect lebih dengan harga yang agak rendah.hanya stay tuk the next flight.lokasi ok banyak tempat makan dan ada mall.bilik kira ok la sesuai dengan harga.senang nak dapat grab sebab kat hotel ada service grab ke airport

Останавливались в отеле на одну ночь перед вылетом. Удобное расположение рядом с аэропортом. В номере есть и полотенца и зубные щётки, в общем самое необходимое. Есть чайник, кружки для утреннего кофе. Номер маленький, но отдохнуть перед дорогой пойдёт. На ресепшене перед заселением предложили услугу такси по доставке в аэропорт, цена 30MYR. Столько же мы и заплатили с аэропорта в гостиницу через приложение Grab. Номер правда не совсем свежий, но чисто, полотенца белые, постельное белье свежее, матрас удобный. За совсем не большую оплату номер хороший. Рекомендую.

The hotel location is excellent but the room is extremely compact and spartan with minimal furnishings, amenities are virtually non-existent beyond basic air conditioning and an attached bathroom, and the overall condition in need of maintenance. While the staff are generally adequate for simple check-in/out, don't expect luxury, space, or extensive services; it delivers a no-frills, utilitarian place to sleep if location and price are your sole priorities, but comfort and atmosphere are significantly lacking.

房間佈置得還可以，但是給了我一間臨街的尾房，旁邊就是馬路，一直有摩託在吵。枕頭上也有汙漬。入住需要50馬幣，可以預訂送機的車。

轉機將就住一晚，環境一般，周圍吃東西地方比較少，但是房價便宜，更建議住機場附近，因為機場出口吃的食物比較多

Always a choice whenever i got an early morning flight or arrived in kl super duper late at night. Quite a good distance from KLIA. The area is fun too, lots of convenient store. Lots of eateries.

Misleading Room Info & Unprofessional Service My check-in experience was disappointing from the start. One of the receptionists was literally sitting on the front desk table while handling my check-in which is very unprofessional and not a good first impression. The room I booked through 訂房網站 clearly stated with window, but the hotel claimed it was a no window booking. No apology was given, and they assigned me a room with a tiny window that looked nothing like the photos in the ad. I had to pay extra just to get the exact same room next door that came with a proper full window, the kind that should’ve been included in the first place. Feels like misleading advertising and poor service. Disappointed, and definitely more cautious with future bookings through Trip.

Kelebihan: • Pemandangan jalan raya kota Sepang. • Kamar bebas asap rokok. • Tersedia air panas 24 jam. • Deket airport KLIA (sekitar 17 menit sampai kalau tidak macet). • Deket tempat laundry, jalan sekitar 2 menit sampai (nyebrang ke arah hotel swing and pillows). • Banyak stand makan / restoran malay, indian, 24hour convenience store, café, clinic... Dan, jalan 3 menit lagi akan sampai ke KIP Mall dan kedai serbaguna Ninso Mart (banyak jual barang" murah). Kekurangan: • Kamar hotel tidak tersedia mini fridge ataupun lemari baju. • Toilet banyak debu, harus dibersihkan sendiri (tapi tidak bau). • Sprei ranjang dan bantal kurang bersih, handuk agak kuning. • Agak bising suara lorong luar kamar. • Jarak pergi ke KL, Petaling Jaya dan Kajang jauh (butuh 50 menit-1 jam lebih). • MRT station agak susah dijangkau lokasinya. • Buat yang mau long stay atau suka menjelajah ke tempat wisata lain kurang disarankan disini. (sebaiknya di area KL saja) Itu saja yang saya bisa sharing, semoga dapat ditingkatkan lebih baik.
