Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.The facilities were top-notch and met all our expectations. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding attitude of the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their quick and precise responses to any request made us feel genuinely valued as guests. It was clear that they take pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort. Very nice hotel with close to the airport. Room is big but abit old. Breakfast and dinner was good with lots of selection. Will stay again.

I MISSED MY FLIGHT DUE TO THE HOTEL’S RECEPTION STAFF EXCEEDINGLY INCOMPETENT AND UNCOURTEOUS. Their system failed to update my bookings payment, I was unable to checkout, was literally not allowed to leave the hotel even after prepaid my account due to their system or staff training issues, hence missed my international flight?? Will never be staying at this hopeless hotel ever again. In my travelling experience…this one is going to haunt me forever.
