Parked myself here for 2 days. Stay was extremely pleasant. Rooms are quiet specious and having all amenities. Rooms were extremely clean & staffs were very helpful. Hotel situated in pahargang where you can explore DelhiKiGaliyan easily & walkable distance from Cannaught Place. The nearby metro is hardly 2km away from hotel. Highly recommend from all prospective.

Here's a sample poor feedback: Hotel Stay Feedback *Overall Experience* Disappointing experience Despite having high expectations, the stay fell short of standards. *Issues* 1. *Non-Functional AC*: The air conditioning in the room was not working, making the stay uncomfortable. 2. *Inconvenient Room Change Request*: When I reported the issues, the staff suggested changing rooms, which was inconvenient and added to the frustration.

Room was not maintained and light was out, it came back later on but they didn't informed us as when we called they told us that you have to put card back in after taking it out for a min

Very bad condition, cockroaches everywhere in room, no hygiene photos shown in website is completely different from reality, we should keep asking for hot water, no parking space of 2 wheeler.
