通された部屋が汚くて、便座も取れてなかったです、スタッフが掃除していたのを見てたのですが、床を拭いたモップでそのままテーブルも拭いてました、一日だけ泊まる予定で前金製だったので先払いで予約してましたが他の宿を探してそこに泊まりました

Entrance of the hotel is very narrow and dirty. Rooms are slightly small in size. Behaviour and attitudes of the hotel staff and reception is excellent. Delicious testy food provide to room.

Nearby railway Station. There are many star named hotel near Hotel star palace. it may confuse. towards metro train Road side to left side just behind the hotel location

The staff was very very very rude and tge rooms were not clean....will never book a room from this app again

Hotel star palace was one of the worst experience according to me ,staff was good until we questioned them for extra service charges after that they started yelling,also the food quality was not upto the mark and service was poor.

They have never cleaned the room once in three days. i have asked two times for the room but they never cleaned it

I don’t know how MMT approves this kind of hotel with such high rating. There was no ventilation in the room, it was smelling a lot with fungus,. I didn’t even stay for 10 minutes and had to pay entirely. This hotel would fail any hygienic condition but still it ranks in MMT.

need better maintenance ac stopped in night at 5am though got lucky as it was raining heavily..... hot water not working properly though did some jugad..... good for a family stay
