Clean and cozy room. Breakfast is excellently tasty!

The hotel building itself is grand and well decorated with lighting, but rooms are very old, so the fittings in the bathroom are not fully functional and rusted. The rest of the room was extremely spacious and well furnished but the bathroom was very poor. Service was excellent, staff was very welcoming and available for all help.

Room is not so pleasant. Foul smelling. Can't be considered as 4*

Hotel cleanliness and hygiene is big concern, it's very pathetic. Low quality food with high price. Some staffs are good but the service is very poor. We have to remained the all the time. Please ask them to keep their property clean and maintained. We were in their b block. Even the lift is not maintained well. In future will keep this in mind.

I recently stayed at Stellar Resort Hotel in Gurgaon, and it was, hands down, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. This property does not deserve even 1 star, it wouldn’t be worth ₹100 per night, let alone the outrageous rates they charge. First of all, the management is utterly incompetent and unresponsive. From check-in to check-out, it felt like they just didn’t care about the guests at all. No professionalism, no courtesy – nothing! They gave us the room in some other building near to the hotel and when we fought with them then they shifted us back there and The room was an absolute nightmare. The beds were not just uncomfortable; they were disgustingly smelly, like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The pillows were stained, and the sheets were full of dust. To top it off, the AC didn’t work at all, making the already filthy room feel like a hotbox. It was a suffocating, sweaty mess, and the staff just shrugged it off when we complained. The bathroom? Don't even get me started. It was filthy, poorly maintained, and had a constant foul odor. There were leaks everywhere, and the toiletries provided looked reused. Honestly, I don't know how this place is still in business. there's no way anyone could have a good experience here unless they have incredibly low standards. Avoid this place at all costs. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in – completely ruined my 訂房網站. -5 stars for Stellar Resort Hotel!
