В общем нормальный отель. Самый главный минус - это плохая шумоизоляция между комнатой и корридором. Очень слышно все. В остальном все в порядке. Хорошие завтраки, присутствует локальная кухня на любой вкус. Уборка хорошая и вовремя.

両替、洋服のクリーニングは助かりました。スタッフの方達も優しくて朝晩の食事も美味しかったです。和食レストランにも行きたいましたがお好み焼き美味しかったです。設備は古めですがルームクリーニングも毎日綺麗にして頂き大満足です。廊下に漂う香りがいい香りで癒されました。Wi-Fiが弱めなのが少し殘念でした。

We really loved staying at the Met! Everyone was extremely kind and very warming and and kind, making sure we are staying happy and safe. We really enjoyed iced Americano. Hoteliers at reception and people at Zing were very kind and professional. Bed was so comfortable too. Appreciate all kind service :)

I booked this property with the expectation of booking a 5 star hotel as listed and rated but it was not worth the money or ratings. The room was not cozy or up-to the standard of 5 star hotel of a metro city like Delhi. The room were like cheap hotel in paharganj, usually you can get better rooms in paharganj for way less than what i paid here. There was a bad smell of dampness or moisture from carpet and AC vent. I asked staff to spray but the bad smell persisted. I landed at IGI after 20 hr long journey from USA and checked in at this hotel at 4 am . I ordered a special strong ginger tea but they served normal tea bag tea worth ₹550 per person it was totally worthless. Though the staff was nice I requested to serve buffet breakfast in my room as i have a small kid and spouse could not come down to restaurant. They were very nice enough to help me with picking BF and serve that in the room. I complained about the tea while checking out but they did only waive the charge for one order out of 3 ordered.

Excellent location, friendly staff from all departments. The breakfast had fantastic spread and the service from the F&B staff was second to none.

Client service is on top, but not of the all employees are welcome with standard and rules (try look through in cleaning). In all other branches your mark is very good at least.
