A potentially great place to stay but for the terrible attitude of staff The apartments are well appointed and of a decent size. They are generally clean too with nice bedsheets. The location in Aerocity is perfect for a layover as it's close to the airport but a long drive into town if you plan on sightseeing. However, all the positives are undercut by the atrocious service - short, sharp answers and general unhelpful attitudes from some staff really put a downer on our stay. A good breakfast is served in the adjoining Andaz hotel building. A complicated walk down steps, narrow paths and courtyards - this isn't a major issue except that getting directions from the staff is like getting blood from a stone. Kashish at the front desk couldn't be less helpful if she tried. Leaving me guessing and lost in the heat. In the end, I insisted she get off her seat and show me, which she begrudgingly did. A little bit of customer service training would make the Hyatt perfect. And if directions are too difficult to describe - please put up signs.
