Terrible experience i ever have in a hotel. In this hotel one has to carry his own utensils as the hotel people are so lazy that they might ask you to take your plates on your own from the hotel kitchen. I faced this problem at the late hour of the night and they won't provide sufficient toiletries.

There was no exhaust fan in bathroom. Fire alarm was there in room and had flickering lights thereby disturbing night sleep. Breakfast was tasteless and has some weird items like materi with half baked parathas. They provide only 2 half litre bottles of water as complimentary. I asked for extra water and was charged rs 116 for 2 litres of so called branded packed water. King size bed had 2 single beds neatly connected with mattress covered, which was hurting the back at night. Staff in restaurant was inattentive and not even served water during breakfast. I also found mosquitoes in room and bugs on my bed. Extremely poor hotel with complete waste of money.

2 out of the 3 nights we were in the hotel we could not have shower as there was an issue with water heating. Was offered on the 3rd morning a different room which had a working geyser. I had complained to the management 3 times before but it was all in vain. Only after escalating the issue to make my 訂房網站 they made arrangements of an alternative room (mahendra singh from make my 訂房網站 handled the escalation well. The management from the hotel had the audacity to raise his voice and speak with me when they are at fault.

It was a pleasant stay. The reception was cordial and offered help anytime asked. Room was neat and clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent with great spread but little costlier. I would recommend for individual and family stay.

I booked my stay for 4 days. After day 1 i realized that i was given 2 twin beds and they kept on moving so i asked management to change it to a queen or king. They have not even tried to change me while they are taking new customers every single day. I was struck with this hotel for 4 days and miserable experience. My advise is avoid this place and terrible hotel and not worth a penny.

I had booked a deluxe room in hotel amrapali grand and the price charged by mm t was rs 7, 500- per room night for double occupancy. But the room allotted was a very small budget room and not deluxe room. There was a half cupboard in the room which was not enough to keep our stuff. Room size was very small. I felt cheated by paying a very high price for such a mediocre room.

The room allotted to me was stinking and the tv wasn't working. Till i made some noise and got a replacement. Otherwise the hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and lots of shops nearby

Overall it was a good experience. Hotel was well maintained and the services was prompt. Accommodation was comfortable and hotel was completely fine.
