有些老舊的飯店，但整體來說沒什麼問題，而且飯店的位置很好，附近有很多美食和百貨公司可以逛

デリー中心部からは少し離れますが、大型ショッピングモール併設でとても便利です。ショッピングモールには、日本人に馴染みのあるKFCやCoCo壱番もありますし、NIKEではインド限定のオリジナルTシャツを作ることができました。インドで有名なANOKHIやKAMA,Good earthなどもありお土産も買えます。 毎日水は六本になるように補充され、自分で買い足さなくても過ごせました。朝食ビュフェは7時からなのですが、ツアーで出発の早い日には、事前にホテルフロン トに相談し、朝食ボックス(クロワッサン、サンドイッチ、バナナ、リンゴ、プチケーキ)を用意していただきました。バスローブはありませんが、歯ブラシ、ドライヤー、シャンプーコンディショナー等のアメニティーはあります。ホテルの古さは少しありますが、幼児と二人でも快適に過ごせました。

酒店有些老，服務人員態度還可以

飯店位置好，跟select city walk購物中心是共構，大門入口相距10公尺，用餐及購物非常方便，還有另一個入口在飯店二樓餐廳與購物中心是相連。服務人員態度好，房務人員不會有過多叨擾（不會纏著要小費），能依據需求提供服務。 在衛生方面沒法給高分是因為物品、傢俱老舊影響，床罩組洗到很老舊，毛巾、浴巾也是灰灰硬硬的， 使用上是沒問題，功能運作也正常（但這情況很對不起他的形象）。 沒有漂亮的大廳，設施方面沒啥問題，就是時間長的耗損 ，把舒適感拉低了。 總體上是個很方便的飯店。

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while our arrival experience wasn't the best due to unhelpful staff, things took a turn for the better when the shift changed, and we were fortunate to encounter Ms. Rajnandini. From the moment she stepped in, Ms. Rajnandini exhibited exceptional professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist us. Her warm welcome and attentiveness made us feel valued as guests. She not only resolved the initial issues we faced but went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her knowledge of the hotel's amenities and services was impressive, and she was always ready with helpful suggestions and information. Ms. Rajnandini's dedication to her role and her commitment to providing outstanding customer service truly stood out. It's staff members like her who can make a significant difference in a guest's experience. In light of Ms. Rajnandini's exceptional service, I would not hesitate to return to this hotel in the future. Her professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a disappointing stay into a memorable one. I hope the hotel recognizes and appreciates the asset they have in her. Flawless location , flawed hotel! Lets discuss pros and cons: Pros—— 1) location: 10/10 - it cant get any better than this. 2) food service and food quality: 9/10 — both were upto standards and good. 3) Early check in — we were given early check in which is much appreciated Cons—— 1) Condition of rooms— 1/10..very poor for the price. In one room bathtub drainage was blocked with hairs—Disgusting!! In another room tap of main sink was faultly installed and shower was so poorly designed water was flowing everywhere. 2) front desk service and responsiveness— simple request took atlest 3-4 calls and an hour to get sorted. Not 5 stars right. 3) size of bathroom— too small for what it should be. 4) Amenities- very basic. Nothing special at all. Overall average 3-4 star hotel experience with 5 star location.

Very nice hotel connecting to a shopping mall. Breakfast is also good. Most importantly cleanliness is valued dearly. Will definitely choose to stay here again on my next 訂房網站

很一般的體驗

Hotel was conveniently located with two shopping malls nearby and food options was plenty. Location wise, it is a good hotel to stay in if you are looking for both good shopping and dining options. Hotel was quite rundown with a weird smell at the level I was staying. The pillow covers and towels were dirty in my room especially the towels having some blood stain which I do not know how it got there and there was also some sort of smell lingering. The management should ensure that all sheets, covers, towels etc are washed well as it was very disgusting to be using such towels and sleeping on pillow covers and sheets that are not properly cleaned. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was not covered up properly and left open, it was kind of creepy as you can see what is in there and there were lots of dust as well coming from there. Buffet breakfast was very simple, not many variety of options to choose from, mainly offering the local Indian fare. It would be better to include Continental buffet breakfast as part of the option as well, more choices would be better for foreign guests. In room dining menu options are also not many which was also quite a letdown in my opinion. The pool was under renovation on something during my visit and apart from that, there is only a gym facility, probably more things can be done on the type of recreation facilities offered in the hotel as there was nothing much to do.
