Very honest staff, somehow i forgot my money purse and left the hotel after checkout but hotel staff called me back and informed that they found the purse during cleaning and i have got my purse back. Thank you to all staff members of the hotel.

The land phone was not working every time I had to go to reception to order food. The night light couldn't be off. No breakfast availability.

room was not ready, and neither their wifi is working. In fact, they have arranged room on a temporary basis as ac is not working. hotel staff is e pecting to take room without ac.

nice and cooperative staff. All things are good. A hotel that has amazing service and cozy rooms. Focus on cozy decor, personalized service, and unique vibes. Fast wifi,work spaces, and professional services. Classic interior and old world charm. All services are good. Budget friendly stay, friendly staff, value for money and discount available.

there are completely no network inside the hotel room. my phone was showing emergency call all the time, food quality is worst, it is a banquet marriage hall hotel, they served very disgusting food. staff behavior is not good even they are not allow to early checkout if your work will complete or you will frustrated in the hotel. whatever you do they will not refund your amount if you paid pre booking time.

Absolutely unacceptable experience! No restaurant, no clean utensils, and the room had a faulty lock. Instead of providing a proper solution, they called a carpenter to fix it, and I was forced to change rooms. Had to check out after just 4 hours because of the poor conditions. Completely ruined my stay—demanding a full refund!
