I’ve requested hotel for written report regarding damaged luggage.I’ve yet to hear from hotel. Regrettably,my second stay was marked by a series of issues. While taking a shower, the shampoo bottle became dislodged, and there was an insufficient amount of shampoo for two people's use. I immediately contacted the housekeeping department, requesting replenishment of shampoo and the reinstallation of the dislodged bottle. A staff member named Kailash responded to my call and provided a new shampoo bottle. He verbally assured me that he would assist with fixing the dislodged bottle. However, his response changed after receiving tips, and he later informed me that the dislodged shampoo bottle would be addressed the following day. The most concerning incident occurred when my small luggage was mishandled by your staff, leading to significant damage to my suitcase. I want to emphasize that my luggage was in perfect condition when I checked it at the airport upon arrival. Unfortunately, the damage occurred while my luggage was under the care of your hotel, specifically when it reached my room. Without delay, I reported this issue to the hotel front desk, where staff attempted to resolve the situation by offering an alternative, leftover suitcase, which I declined. Given the extent of the damage to my suitcase, I proposed to purchase a new one at my own expense. I’m attaching the pictures as proof of purchase and damaged luggage inside the hotel.

チェーンホテルなので安定したクオリティです。ただ部屋のドアのカギが壊れてて何回も部屋とロビーを往復する羽目になり、これには閉口しましたが、、アエロシティ駅から結構歩くので駅前にいるトゥクトゥクに連れて行ってもらったほうが楽です（50ルピー 要交渉）

The hotel is very close to the airport. Staff were welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was not so good. There’s an unpleasant smell in the room (smells like there’s pee on the floor). I could not sleep due to the odor. I paid for a King size bed and received double beds.

Great hotel, Vanshika was literally the best! From start to finish, she made me feel at ease. It was my first time in India and coming from England, I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I was served by her. She's so kind, welcoming and cares about the customers. She had checked us in early as our flight landed early. Whilst I was checking in, my mum who has difficulty walking was looked after by her staff, she personally got my mum and made sure she got to the toilet safely. Overall she was amazing, put me ease and genuinely such a kind person, a true asset to Novotel and great example of excellent customer service, I'd come back again because of her. The hotel has great facilities overall, good food at the restaurant, clean, kind and courteous staff and a good location to the local food spots. Special thanks to Vanshika and Novotel. From Ravi N.
