I must say, I enjoyed this hotel. Everything was good and well organized. Room is spacious and enough for couples. We will come again if needed, only downside was breakfast (limited and few things were dull) but that’s okay for me.

We had an amazing experience during our two-day stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and comfort.

I am still at the hotel. I checked in yesterday, and today, they said there will be plumbing work from 11 am to 4 pm, so there will be no water at that time. it's been 5 pm, and they are saying that water will come post 6 pm, and that is also not certain, they said. I could have selected another hotel easily, but I selected it because it is attached to ITC brand name. Yesterday only, I extended it for 3 more days that too non refundable. And yes, they are saying and / or doing nothing about it.

The property is very neat and clean. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping service was alert and prompt. When rooms are available the hotel allows early check-in and late check-out. Food served at Zodiac is tasty. Breakfast buffet has many options, including a live counter for dosa and omelet etc. Rooms are resonably spacious.

The staff at the reception is not attentive at all. Not cooperative and basically clueless of any communication happened with the earlier reception person. They charged me twice for additional 3. 5k without proper bill and refused to change it. The wi-fi was not working and i had to constantly call for something to be done. The manager does not come to answer calls or queries it’s always the junior staff. Pathetic for an itc brand. Would not recommend.

Our stay was wonderful hotel fortune is fabulous we will try to visit hotel fortune again. The rooms were so clean and hygienic. Washroom were also beautiful and all the things in rooms are very useful. Their are also a safe lock inside a wardrobe i love it food was also tasty
