We had an amazing experience during our two-day stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and comfort.

The property is very neat and clean. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping service was alert and prompt. When rooms are available the hotel allows early check-in and late check-out. Food served at Zodiac is tasty. Breakfast buffet has many options, including a live counter for dosa and omelet etc. Rooms are resonably spacious.

The staff at the reception is not attentive at all. Not cooperative and basically clueless of any communication happened with the earlier reception person. They charged me twice for additional 3. 5k without proper bill and refused to change it. The wi-fi was not working and i had to constantly call for something to be done. The manager does not come to answer calls or queries it’s always the junior staff. Pathetic for an itc brand. Would not recommend.

The food in both breakfast and lunch was good with varied options and the location was also very much reachable. The staff was really helpful and very supportive. Thanks for provide a memorable stay in the hotel.

Our stay was wonderful hotel fortune is fabulous we will try to visit hotel fortune again. The rooms were so clean and hygienic. Washroom were also beautiful and all the things in rooms are very useful. Their are also a safe lock inside a wardrobe i love it food was also tasty

Food was excellent. Room service was very poor and the hot water supply was inconsistent. They have a shortage of bell boys to help with your luggage and i don’t think they take your feedback seriously. Not expected from an itc hotel.

As expected from the itc group of hotels, the quality of food was outstanding. Rooms were tidy. Service was prompt and courteous. Location at the heart of east delhi is very convenient.
