Hotel is a bit far out, but there is a bus that goes to Delft city centre. Best to take a taxi or Uber if having luggages. Room is of a good size, mattress is on the soft side for me and pillow is too high, need to self make my own pillow.
Service is superb, staffs are very friendly and super helpful. They all carry genuine smile and always offer help.
Breakfast is simple, but still good enough to start a day.
Room making can be improved, sometimes used towel is left on the desk, tissue paper not refilled and etc. In general I would still recommend this hotel if you are going for business or need to stay around that area.

Shanghai hotel was beter dan we verwacht hadden. We hadden een familiekamer voor 3 pers. Zeer grote kamer, met alle benodigdheden.
Minpunt＞ Het was wel heel erg warm in het kamer, airco hielp niet helemaal. Kamer lag aan de kant van de zon en het was 30+ graden.
We hebben niet verder gekeken wat er was in het hotel.
Verder een prima hotel voor een aantal nachten

The reception desk gentleman is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good although I was expecting more of an Asian cuisine. The best part about this hotel is actually Race Planet being right opposite which offers a unique experience in our stay at delft.
Overall the hotel can improve on the cleanliness and please get regular sized pillows for the bed instead of the current square ones.
I would recommend this hotel because I can feel the staff dedication and prompt service attitude.
Oh yes, it is also a short drive to the draw bridge where we admired the sunrise.
