Couple given twin rooms hotel staff was not friendly they had rooms still asked for more charges. Make my teip gave twin rooms

Bedsheet are clean and bath room are clean but missing bathroom slipper. The food is not as per standard. The rice was smelling and chicken is missing lil salt and spiciness. The food doesn't worth the money

Stay at hotel royal palm was very good. Clean room and pleasant view of city. Very cooperative staff esp. Preshika, ankit, ashish and the catering dept ppl. A very friendly gsd, kenar is the show stealer! overall, highly recommended.

Hotel was great. The location and ambience of room was great. Only thing which troubled me was fluctuations in electricity. The secondary power source use to take some time.

Locks of doors were not working. Paid breakfast was horrified, just poori aaloo in 300, were very costly

Hotel was neat and clean, staff was good. Only problem is food. They don't have choices of breakfast items. Who eat chhole bhature in breakfast ? morning breakfast was horrible otherwise it's good hotel to stay with ample car parking.
