Hotel is in good location. No bell boy service for luggage. Tea Kettle was not fixed up. Room service poor. TV was not functional

Excellent stay everything good breakfast is also good room near and clean washroom is clean too every time have hot water

There is a mobile tower adjacent to the hotel, and Sabji Mandi in front of hotel. While the breakfast was good, but it was not buffet. They really need to improve on cleanliness and hygiene inside rooms, general areas including lift, and washrooms. They do not provide sufficient washroom amenities, and condition of towels and quilt is not that good, these are getting torn.

Well located and well maintained hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Food is good. Breakfast spread is ok, but could be improved. Nice and polite staff. Enjoyed the stay.

Old environment in the hotel room, i have stayed for 2 days but wifi not working, morning food is good,

4 stars in all categories like food,service,price,parking and all the amenities you need to get in there!

I stayed for 2 days and must say, it is good property with this such good budget. Rooms are neat and clean and give you prime stay feeling. Staff is polite and helpful, specially the manager rajiv is really great. You can give it a try.

The hotel location is good the rooms are spacious the staff is nice and the service is fast the food quality is good need to maintain the bathroom a bit more nice hotel to stay in dehradun

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience staying at a hotel and i feel compelled to share my feedback to prevent others from encountering similar issues. During my stay, i encountered multiple problems that made my experience far from enjoyable. Firstly, despite being promised complimentary early check-in, i was charged for it. This was a clear breach of trust and a deceptive practice. Furthermore, the room lacked proper lighting, making it uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The cleanliness standards were shockingly low, with the room being dirty and poorly maintained. To add to my frustration, the hotel's false commitments regarding compensation were particularly infuriating. I was told that complimentary services would be provided to make up for the inconvenience, but instead, i was overcharged rs 130 for a cup of coffee. This kind of dishonesty and overcharging is unacceptable. Given the subpar experience i had, i kindly request a refund for the early check-in charges and the overpriced coffee. It is only fair that i am reimbursed for these unnecessary expenses, considering the false promises and poor service i encountered.

My company booked this hotel for me and the room and hotel ambience was great. Breakfast was awesome taste and quality was good, staff supportive and humble.
