Totally Horrible Experience , hotel staff is very biased if anyone booked their hotel online so they treat their custoners like servant, they gave me a hotel room in their backend area they told me that i have to go through stairs because lift is not there they mentioned liquor in their menu but when i ask for liquor they deny to serve infact they dont care about their online customers. MMT you have to take actions against them because they are ruing your name.

A very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The first room had no drinking water, no fridge, and the bed was dirty with mosquitoes everywhere. Even after complaining, it took 30–40 minutes for the service staff to show up. Then we were shifted to another room, but that too lacked basic amenities — no fridge for cold water and nothing essential was provided. Anything we asked for took a lot of time to be delivered. I called at 7:50 PM to place a dinner order, but despite multiple reminders, the staff came to take the order after an hour. The next morning, we had to wait an hour for breakfast, and nothing was served until we made several calls again. It honestly felt like booking a room here was a mistake. Both the service and facilities were extremely poor.

The hotel room was good but it was that clean. Staff was also nice. Service staff is little late. We weren't happy with the previous room so they provided us new room. Food was also tasty & fresh.

Firstly we waited for 1 hrs for check in and at 2:30 we were able to check in the room.The room was dirty and blanket had stains on them everything looked old and we soon found bird droppings on the window glass,Quality of food was very bad.
