worst cleanliness and all fake reviews. They take your phone and then force you to give reviews. terrible experience

Manpower issue, 24*7 reception not answering. TV setup box got disconnected with no recharge and after replacing with another box, that also got disconnected after few minutes. Breakfast very limited option. Hi Tea staff forget to provide biscuit.

Average stay with average food. The room had a weird smoky smell and lot of mosquitoes. The worst part was the staff forcing me to give a 5 star rating irrespective of my experience.

Very average stay. Breakfast was so bad, there was nothing good. Room was smelly, had a smoky smell. There were lot of mosquitoes in the room. The worst part was, the staff asking us to give a 5* rating in MMT inspite of not having anything good to say about the stay. Very disappointing.

Stay at grand luxotica dehradun- Positives 1. Location is prime 2. Staff is friendly and Cooperative 3. rooms are big enough Cons 1. More Improvement in cleanliness is needed 2. Linens(bath towels, hand towels, floor towel) need to be renewed 3. Food is average
