Very very bad condition of hotel air conditioner is not working staff is not this very bad condition hotel

The resort was partly under construction. Bedding was not comfortable. No TV, no wifi in the room. Flies in the room when we checked in. Staff had to be told several times for one single thing. Location is too far off. There is nothing nearby; no café, nothing to roam about. Overall wee weren’t satisfied at all. Never gonna visit this place again.
