Rooms are good but there is only one fan installed in 4 X Bed In 8 Bed Mixed Dormitory . No window in the bathroom ( open ) .water is leaking from the flush handle ..

It was a terrible experience staying at artbuzz. Water shortage,no hot water,tv,wifi were not working.Even the cafeteria was closed most of the time.

Pathetic property, if you are female please do not consider this one really unsave . Staff owner from top management to lower each and every person is arrogant rude . They misbehaved with us

We can stay there when we reach there they tell us that make my 訂房網站 have canceled the stay five day before telling us and we not got the refund back and we tried 5-6 times and they the caller do not give any solution So I want my whole money refund

Lovely staff members, and their hospitality. No wonder you never getting board even if have no plans.

The hostel was good they provide very good service every request was made on time food was also good and the host’s Sant and Himanshu was very helpful

This has been one of the most unpleasant stays I've had in a while. I’ve stayed at ArtBuzz Dehradun before and loved it, which is why I chose Mussoorie without a second thought—but it turned out to be a huge mistake. The bunk bed I got didn’t even have curtains. Privacy? Clearly not a concern here. The washrooms were downright filthy—the floor was dirty the entire time, and hygiene clearly isn't a priority for the staff. But the worst part? I literally saw a monkey eating from an open atta bag, and the staff used that same atta to cook. If that doesn't scream carelessness and complete disregard for hygiene, I don’t know what does. On top of that, the staff was extremely unhelpful and disinterested. We were assigned lockers, but when we asked for the keys—multiple times—they just brushed it off every single time with a lazy excuse like “someone else might’ve taken it.” Then what’s the point of having lockers at all? ArtBuzz Mussoorie is a poor excuse for a hostel. No hygiene, no hospitality, no accountability. If you're expecting the same vibe as ArtBuzz Dehradun, prepare to be let down. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

The stay was in a pretty shady area and no images of the way leading upto or even nearby place . As a result I was sort of fooled into believing that location to be some place else. Secondly the hostel is not at all safe for women. people drink and smoke in the open and try to enter other's room. blast music at full volume. thirdly very bad staff. and really lethargic and non chalant service. some people tried to enter our room and we complained to them but the hostel was highly unsupportive at the start. later we had to built pressure on them to comply with our request. still our request has not been given heed to. The hostel is highly unsafe for solo travellers and females especially. no one from the staff stays at night here. gates are opened. it was a terrible experience and frightening too for us.

The host was exceptionally kind and the rooms were outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay and had a wonderful experience.
