horrible experience booked this hotel for 11 april 25 by mistake booking date got changed to 13 april 25 they did not refund my money neither they change my date on 11 april on continuous request staff was rude and did not respond

Food was not good and delay in service. Drinking water was hot when we checked in into the room

Wonderful experience from sumedha gvrs the host and staff were wonderful. The pool was excellent and well maintained. Had a very good vacay.

The rooms are not clear, lift is not working, very limited food options. Playing and gym equipment are not in working condition. The only positive point is that the behaviour of the manager is very good. He tries to make guests comfortable and provide them with good service. But the overall experience is very bad.

The resort is good but not well maintained. The view is also very nice. My room was on the third floor and the elevator of all the buildings were turned off to save electricity. The room landline was not working after complaining also it was not fixed. There was no toiletries inside the washroom, i had to request for soap and other things out of which i just recieved the soap. The floor of the room and the tables and bathroom sink was very dusty. The t. V. Was not activated, i had to request twice to activate it. There was no transport facility to the town i had to rent a bike for my own transportation. Food was average. Although the staff behaviour was good enough. The pool water was not clean. If you dont request for room cleaning the housekeeping will not turn up for cleaning of your room. The facilities were below average standard, but for the staff behaviour i rated as an average quality.

Location of the hotel is very good. Its in the middle of the forest. Property is very good. Specially the staff are so good and polite. Mr. Sawan, the manager of the property is so nice and humble. He makes our stay so easy and comfort. Food excellent.

The experience at sumedha resort was so much opulent, exotic, peaceful and out of this world. Their breakfast and dinner spread was very good and tasty.

It is located in a silent place far from rush, easy to go if you have private transport option, perfect for a couple 訂房網站, jungle safari is near to place

Very unfortunate. We are bonafide customer of mmt. We follow the marks & grade according to that we booked the hotels. So you need very careful to select the hotels. So that our ( customers) faith should not be lost. Very unfortunate to select this hotel. * category ? very poor o
