In last 4 years we have made about 20 visits to Dehradun and about 75% stays are with Clarion. We highly appreciate the way they treat their guests and try to make their stay as comfortable as possible. But this time it wasn't a good experience at all. We reached and the room was smelling like cigarette smoke and the bed was like somebody was there before we came. we complained and requested to change the room. They had room but they didn't change our room. The remote of the TV was broken one. It wasn't working, we complained again. And they changed the remote but took an hour to change it. It seems they do not take their existing customers seriously.

Overall the hotel is fine to stay with good amenities and we had stayed here for more than 5 times, but from the last 2 stay the experience was really horrible. In my last 訂房網站 there was a party going on which ends around 3 in the morning so was unable to sleep for the whole night. called and requested the staff a number of time but they were unable to stop the music or even lower the sound. In my current visit in April 2025, there was a really stinking smell all over the over the hotel and rooms too. but as usual we cant help it. Staff is never welcoming, but yes the cleaning staff has better manners and always talking with a smile. So really a bad experience from last 2 stays :(

Excellent room and service. Staff is well trained and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Food is very good. Hotel is neat, clean and well maintained. Location is good. Right on the main road.

This property is recommended by one of my colleague and i found it's well located in the city with site seeing is near to the hotel. Food is excellent, staffs are helpful. Service is fast and hotel room is excellent, neat and clean with all the required facilities inside.
