We booked 2 Rooms for two days at the Hotel and paid Rs 10053- each room. The rooms had to be cancelled due to certain reasons. We have received refund of money for one room only and amount of the 2nd room is not received so far. Please expedite refund of money in respect of the 2nd room.

The stay was really comfortable and the ambience and view from the room and the hotel was just so pleasurable and aesthetic. It gave a proper hill station vibe and the communities was always good. The staffs were well behaved and mannered.

Location is good.. chinese food is not good.. else dal makhni is good... amenities was not good as there geyser was not working properly and their services are also not that good .

So the overall stay was good at hotel basera but some things need to be improve 1) Room Service 2) Room cleaning 3) Rooms shown in the pictures were different in terms of size . Actual photos should be posted Hotel basera is a nice option for hotel if you are looking to stay near Mall Road

Rooms are not clean, hotel staff not good, room service and food too bad. If you don’t want to waste your money don’t go to this hotel.

Poor service. Noone attends your calls after 11 pm on reception. No power back up connection for geyser. In case of electricity cut can't take a bath. Staff is not responsive.

Property is good, ample space is there to park the vehicles, rooms are clean and tidy with hill view. But, food ordered in the restaurant owned by the hotel is not recommended.

I enjoyed very beautifjul stay at hotel basera. Services of hotel basera is very excellent. Location of hotel is very nice and natural beutty. Really enjoyed beauty nature.

First attempt interaction with owner is pathetic. Secondly walls of room having fungus and dark spots and foul smell in washroom which impacts room as well. No hygiene and no toiletries. No electric kettle in the room and denied providing tea before 8 am.
