I just visited udman hotel haridwar in the previous day, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again

The Staff at hotel is real good, however, Food facilities aren’t that good. I opted for Breakfast, but did not like the quality. The other thing is when I entered the room, it did not feel like it is Udmaan.

Property has a lot of negatives. 1. Breakfast buffet was stale, everything tasted like plastic and we even found actual plastic in coffee. 2. Property staff are polite but do not know how to actually manage guests especially on crowded days. 3. Rooms are worn out. 4. Our room Ac was not working. 5 There is no manager in property during morning hours, as we wanted to meet the manager, we got to know that the manager comes to the property at 11 am. Till then its only staff which manages the property. Only 2 positives of this property is staff is polite and the location is 2 kms from Har ki Pauri with easy access to rickshaws.

Property location was perfect as per my requirements but services at hotel were not good. 1. Whenever tried calling front desk or room service, 70% of times no one was picking up calls and for all those instances we were visiting front desk personally. 2. Washbasin drain was choked. 3. Intially AC’s were inoperational. 4. Basic toiletries were not available. 5. House keeping staff were rude at times.

Property needs to work on interior again renovation as there are lots cosmatic drainage smell and the facility like upgrade welcome drink was also not offered.food quality was too good

1 No buffet dinner but charged me 5 guests 2 No work Ac trouble 3. Mosquito also 4. ⁠cleaning poor 5. ⁠dental & shaving kit not there 6. ⁠washrooms not proper clean & hygiene 7. ⁠TV not work Tata sky Pls check that beacause I have paid for 2 rooms ₹19k but no good hospitality services why ?
