Ordentliches Mittelklasse Hotel in Davao Süd. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Direkt neben der SM Mall gelegen. Sauberkeit der Böden dürfte besser sein. Ansonsten war ich zufrieden.

Arrived at hotel, booked 2 rooms, one was missing. They found incredibly the second room, but without windows, and had no towels because hotel was fully booked!!! Shower was almost cold due to maintenance on the heating system. Room furniture badly kept. Only thing the mall across the road at walking distance.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this was a very unpleasant stay. I had no hot water any of my 4 days stay. The WiFi kept going off and on losing work I was doing. The lobby smelled like mold and mildew. My room aircon quit working each night leaving the room warm and stuffy. Very uncomfortable and I was happy to leave.

SMの向かいで立地は良いが、空港からはかなり遠い。設備は古く特にシャワールームのガラスが湯垢でかなり汚れていた。価格は割高と感じられるホテル。ただスタッフのホスビタリティーは高い。
