Fun nature experience in Davao. Excellent customer service.. Great Asian breakfast. Staff were jolly and accommodating. All requests were granted. The tour guide for day tour was very friendly and has excellent human drone skills..highly recommended. Services in the fishing village were reasonable.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

We love the tour and the food. The service is also superb. Kudos!

The best place to go if anyone wants to relax and breath fresh air for de stressing. Service is excellent! I really love its scenic beauty and the overall experience. 💙💙

Perfect for nature lover with lots of outdoor activities.

We are definitely considering extending our stay in Eden because of the fantastic activities they offer. My kids are eager to dive into all the experiences available, and I’m confident we will have an incredible time. However, I must emphasize that the internet connection needs significant improvement. As someone who relies on connectivity for important tasks, the current situation is unacceptable. The options provided to address this issue are simply inadequate. For the price range of 3k-4k for their rooms, a reliable and fast internet connection should be standard, rather than an additional charge of 200 or 250 PHP for a modem with subpar service. Eden is a thriving business resort, and I expect better service to match the premium experience they advertise.
