瑞德多茲普拉斯酒店 - 近達沃 SM 拉籃 (RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao)

千萬別來。訂了幾間房連住幾天了。酒店4層高，居然無電梯。樓頂酒店招牌倒了一半。一進門充鼻殺蟲水味，螞蟻太多了。房鎖松胯，要開不開的，牆身斑駁，窗上都是灰，拉窗簾能把窗簾槓兩頭的裝飾拉下來。20平的房間就有二根柱子。窗式空調要人工站上去開關調整，而且有些還調不了溫度，要麼關要麼巨冷，床上衹配一條床單。洗澡間排水不通暢，都滿滿的水很久才排走。燈光昏暗。服務差，瓶裝水衹在入住當天提供，其他日子要到一樓去裝，也不配杯子。洗漱用品衹提供一次，問前台拿講説沒有，後來説不合理才勉強又給了一次。要求打掃房間，説二天打掃一次。破酒店。太差了。太差了。衞生環境服務設施沒一樣好。

I stayed at this affordable hotel, but I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for peace and quiet. I wasn’t aware that there was a bar directly beneath the hotel, and it was extremely noisy. The bar didn’t close until 5 AM, resulting in a sleepless night. While the hotel is budget-friendly, it’s not ideal for a peaceful stay.

It was a good stay overall. We had to look for somewhere to stay because of the travel time going home and the work. Although the rates are cheap, I just wish there was a direct email/phone number to contact the facility directly. We ended up having to pay extra for checking in an hour earlier because we couldn’t reach out to anyone regarding that matter. We were only checked in for 8 hours in total.

One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus! The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. Don’t hesitate to book—your stay will be delightful!

It was fine. Just want to suggest that you install an elevator so adult visitors can have easy access to higher floors.

Cheap place so you get what you pay for. AC was cold which was great after having to carry our luggages to the 4th floor using the stairs. Location was perfect as its walking distance to SM Lanang or you get a ride for P10.

Comfortable place to stay, staffs are very accommodating, budget friendly hotel.

If you arrive between 10pm-7am no one will help you carry your bags up the steps. Bed is clean but the surroundings were crawling with ants. Bathroom has a lot of stains and the shower curtain had a lot of black spots.. or may have not been cleaned or replaced for a long time.
