Easily likable hotel. Simple, neat, and comforting. It was all I can think of during my Mt. Apo hike because the bed+AC was too good looool. Just had an issue with their shower as the heater was not working. All in all, good experience.

The location is the city, ambiance is good, room is clean and tidy. Unfortunately the staff in the reception is rude and unhelpful. I politely request for a additional pillows since my husband has a medical condition. He needs to have 2-3 pillows for him to elevate his head while sleeping. However the front desk staff strongly informed me that they are fully booked and she cannot provide an additional pillows since the pillows are all consumed. So I just kept quiet and proceed to our room. So I ask one of the staff who help us in our luggage if he can spare me 2 more pillows. Good thing he provided us with 2 more pillows when he came back to our room. I understand if they are fully booked but that is not the problem of the client. Hotel Management should prepare extra pillows incase client will have their request. Management people in Hop Inn Hotel kindly conduct a seminar on your staff how to handle customer service. Since your staff in front desk is unprofessional, rude and no customer service at all. Attitude is everything....😡😠😣☹️😟

Hop Inn Hotel punches well above its weight. It combines the convenience of a great location, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent amenities and truly outstanding customer service. It's the perfect choice for both business travelers and tourists looking for a fantastic stay without breaking the bank. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next visit to the city!

Service was excellent..location was good, cuz of no hassle for transportation, Macdonald & Jollibee is in front and near in location😁 Only shampoo is provided in the shower area😂 Bring your own bodysoap,conditioner &toothbrush nexttime😄buti nlng we bring our own toothbrush , kung hindi, kiki is waving🫢 But overall was good😊

The staff are all very kind and helpful. Although the hotel has no cafe or restaurant, the building is surrounded with McDo, Jollibee, local bakeshop and Mercury Pharmacy and SM savermore supermarket where you can buy foods. There are many options on transportation as well to go to Abreeza mal, Gaisano mall and SM Lanang. Lastly, it's also roughly 5 kms away from the airport 😍 I really recommend this hotel.

Hop Inn is newly open. I’ve been here twice on August 2024 & Feb. 2025, so I could never go wrong . They have a water dispenser at the hallway that serve hot and cold. The location is not bad depends on your errand around the City but it can take primary public transportation to reach other destination. Mc Donald is right in front of the hotel, SM Lanang is one ride away, SSS & Malasakit Center is just beside the hotel. Sso

I booked this hotel several times, and still never failed me. This Hotel is clean and comfy place. As a business traveler I want peaceful stay and comfy. Thank you highly recommended. I don’t have other pictures
