布拉沃度假村-小天堂 (Munting Paraiso by Bravo Hotel)

It's definitely a "small paradise" on the coast of the island. When we arrived at the hotel, our first impression was wow! Exotic and lush green gardens everywhere! So relaxing and peaceful environment after a long ride outside of the hotel. The staff were smiling, friendly, helpful and kind. They helped us in our needs and inquiries. In fact, they gave us a ride when we checked out. The breakfast was ok. A typical Filipino dish. It would be nice to upgrade it and add more variations. The price we paid was adequate for the services we obtained. Our room has a pool and beach access with a stunning view of the sunset. We have enjoyed our stay specially at the pool. With its sea water and infinite pool perfect for picture taking. The room was ok with basic amenities, spotless clean and functional. A bit far from the city but with public transportation it's ok. The only concerns we have are there are no lights on the street when you arrive at night and the road was rocky. They told us it wasn't the hotel's fault because it's not their property, the sink in the toilet was clogged. The water has difficulty to flow. The water on the floor stayed in the middle and doesn't flow in the hole. The shower was clogged too. The rust blocked the small holes of the shower. We found some insects in the toilet but it was ok. The hotel has a potential but they need to upgrade the rooms, toilets and its furnishings. We will definitely come back here again.

房間很大，環境舒適，餐廳做的東西也好吃，服務態度很好，風景很好，就在海邊非常適合度假，衞生也好，推薦

這個酒店實在是一言難盡，位置不方便（最好租個摩託車），設施還可以（還有溫泉池，不過人少的時候不開），整體衞生乾淨。但是頭兩天沒有熱水！後來打了前台電話又找了訂房網站，算是給解決了。打掃衞生是需要提前説的，不説就不會打掃。餐廳服務還是蠻好的，前台也是儘可能幫忙。

酒店環境不錯，就是門口小路顛簸嚇人，但也沒辦法，菲律賓很多海邊酒店都這樣。房間小設施有點陳舊但還算齊全，我們入住這4天衹有5號滿房（菲律賓一家公司搞活動包場），其他時間衹有我們一間房😂。衹有我們一間房時，工作人員都早早下班，晚上衹有一個保安值班。早餐雖然是含的，但要提前一天説，否則他們上班不準時。我3號入住時問早餐時間7-10點，然後4號早上7點去餐廳，沒人上班，等到7:10廚房也沒人來，我約了船出海衹能自己出去買麵包吃😂。後來學乖了，提前一天説明早餐時間。

My fiancé and I loved the resort. The staff was exceptionally friendly! The food was well prepared, and the room was gorgeous! But! One of the reasons we picked it was because it is one of the few that offer a tub! And she likes to bathe. So we were very disappointed to find we had no hot water to the tub only cold, when showering we had only hot water and no cold water.  We know how the switches work, when turned to the other temperature there was little to know pressure, only drips.  Other tha. That our stay was amazing. We would love to stay again if we know we can bathe and shower comfortably.

房間還行 但是位置很偏 服務態度不錯 但是整個酒店比較小

Очень понравился отель, персонал и кухня. Рядом с отелем креветочная ферма, рекомендую купить креветок и приготовить в отеле. Риф рядом с отелем, попадаются и черепахи.

We arrived around 5 PM and noticed that some of the staff members were preparing to leave for the day. One staff member kindly guided us through the hallways and directed us to our room. The room itself was lovely, but unfortunately, the main reason we chose this resort—its late-night swimming and Netflix access—was not fully realized. We discovered that Netflix was unavailable due to a payment issue, which was quite disappointing. We attempted to use YouTube, but found the available content unengaging, so we ended up going to bed early without our planned movie night. On a positive note, we had breakfast at the resort's restaurant and were impressed by the excellent service, which was truly five-star. While the food was average for me, particularly given my pregnancy, it was satisfying and ensured that I left feeling full.

Habitaciones grandes y cama cómoda. En primera línea, vistas fantásticas. Buen desayuno. Un poco lejos de la ciudad. Necesitas transporte. Los precios que te dan en el hotel son abusivos. Del más a cuenta ir a la ciudad y hacer todo desde allí. El desayuno muy bueno, cuando ha llegado el personal. Se supone que es desde las 7, pero me tuve que ir un día a las 7:30 sin poder desayunar porque el cocinero aún lo había llegado. La habitación tenía un tupper con comida en un cajón. A saber cuánto llevaba ahí. Nunca conseguí que saliese agua caliente en la ducha, a pesar de decirlo varias veces.

I enjoyed our stay! we will surely come back!
