Staffs are outstanding

Very welcoming. All the staff are warm. Wasn't able to enjoy the pool since there were a lot of guests at the time.Limited activities (pool & billiards only). Had a problem in 1 room's AC unit. The breakfast buffet spread is good, except for the brewed coffee (tasted old).

The facilities and amenities at the hotel were great. The hotel itself was clean and looked brand new, which was definitely a plus. The staff who assisted us to our room and the team at Kuna Cafe, where we had breakfast, were both friendly and helpful, making those experiences enjoyable. However, the reception staff left much to be desired. Despite being the only guests in the lobby during our check in time, we were left waiting for an extended period, and the hospitality skills seemed lacking. Our frustration grew later in the evening when we called reception to inquire about reheating some food. We wanted to know if there was a microwave available and whether we could use it, but no one followed up with an answer. This delay left us having to go out at 10pm to buy food for our hungry child, which was very disappointing. It’s clear that the reception could greatly improve their customer service and communication skills. Overall, while the hotel itself was pleasant, the reception and customer service experience needs significant improvement to match the quality of the facilities.
