I stayed for one night. The view from the window was good. The staffs are friendly and the food we ordered was tasty. It was overall a nice experience.

The kaizer valley hotel is located in Kurseong..We chose this as our stay for 2 night 3 days. It's amazing overlooking the beautiful town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.. Their behaviour is commendable. The rooms were upto the mark and clean as well.. amazing stay and best i can say

Stayed at kaizer for one night. The location is convenient and the staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, though a bit worn, and cleanliness was an issue at times. Basic amenities were provided but nothing impressive. Overall, a fair choice if you’re not looking for luxury, though a few upgrades would improve the experience.

Pathetic service, only one staff in the reception, & only he takes orders for food, serves anything needed after ages. No number for housekeeping or restaurant. Food was pathetically bad. Undercooked food served. Also after 8 pm nobody is around to receive calls or complaints. In the morning shutters of hotel open after 8.00 am & till that time don't expect any service. Worst experience ever.

It is very pleasant and calmly stay at the hotel. The staff members are courteous and very helpful. Last but not the least the restaurant service is the best as per my opinion. I would request all aspiring tourist to stay at kaizer hotel, it is a must.
