I had a good stay. The only issue was that the gym and the swimming pool are in the other building, requiring a short walk to access them. Other than this, I found my stay comfortable.

Poor service at the reception, I was asking the reception to help me print several pages of documents on 6th March afternoon, the girls at the reception said no and ask me to send the file via email to the hotel. And the ironic is: printer exactly aside the reception. What a wonderful service!

Our room was very clean though a bit sterile. The restaurant was a very nice buffet for Valentine’s Day, which caught us by surprise. The only disappointment was the pool and athletic facility was in a separate facility that required walking through a parking garage.

A modern, contemporary and conveniently located hotel. We got upgraded to a three-bed apartment, even though there were only two of us. There was a fully fitted kitchen, which was great, though you had to ask for cooking and food preparation equipment. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was OK and dinner (on the rooftop) was lovely. My only comment is that we didn't have a key to the apartment for the whole period and we had to go to reception each time to ask if someone could let us in. I've never experienced this before. It was quite inconvenient.
