Очень дружелюбный персонал. Очень хорошая главный менеджер. Эта женщина отлично готовит по немецки и всегда готова придти на помощь и решить все проблемы. Рекомендую этот отель и буду всегда тут останавливаться при поездках

I checked into the hotel on Sunday (04/10) evening. I was told that the room I had booked was not available. I was also told that I had not paid and needed to pay, which I declined. Come Monday morning, I was informed that indeed my room had been paid for 3 nights. Breakfast? A toast of bread and cold tea! For $80+ a night! Monday evening they shift me to the room I had booked (seaview), but just like the previous room cigarette smell and is cockroach infested. Tuesday breakfast? A toast of bread and cold tea once more! Tuesday evening I find the room locked. Reason? Room was paid for only two nights (remember I had paid for 3 nights). When the room is finally opened, the bed has been made, but towel and used glass are where I had left them in the morning. I've had enough and decide to leave! At the reception they apologise and confirm that indeed my room had been paid for three nights. I decide to leave anyway. Terrible doesn't aptly describe my experience! Common areas are filthy too...Sad!
